Business Academy: Business and Financial Management, Instructor
Kenneth Crepeau joined the faculty at Biddeford’s Regional Center of Technology in 2005. Prior to coming to BRCOT, Mr. Crepeau successfully operated 3 small businesses for over 20 years, employing 75 people in Southern Maine. Always priding himself on being a progressive business owner, in 2000, he was awarded the Governor’s Award for Environmental Excellence by Governor Angus King for pioneering cutting-edge “green technology” in one of his ventures. His personal enthusiasm and motivational skills in the subjects he teaches are evident in the large majority of his students that choose business as a career upon graduation.
Mr. Crepeau graduated from Biddeford High School in 1977 where he captained the football and wrestling teams. He achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of New Hampshire’s Whittimore School of Business and Economics, being named the Wall Street Journal Achievement Award recipient as the top student in the school of Finance. In 2003, Mr. Crepeau was certified with a teaching certificate from the University of New England, and is eaned his Masters Degree in Business Education from Emporia State University in 2013.
Mr. Crepeau has been a lifelong volunteer of Little League baseball, winning stated championships in 1982 and 1999. He has also coached youth football and basketball in the community. When not teaching or coaching, he enjoys family time with his wife Pat, and their 4 children, Todd, Kaleigh, Kerry and Brady.
